Wonderful
We upgraded our room from a Deluxe Room Sea View to a Junior Swim-Up Suite Sea View, and the staff were very helpful with the transition. The new room was spacious and came with a great pool and facilities. The food variety across the different restaurants was impressive and delicious. Out of the four à la carte restaurants offering diverse cuisines, three were excellent, although the Mongolian grill didn't quite meet our expectations. The cocktail selection is extensive and of good quality. All the pools are heated, and there's a quiet 16+ adult pool with no music. The hotel offers several themed beaches, each with its unique vibe, and a beautiful coral reef to explore. It's noticeable that there's a lot of Ukrainian and Dutch writing around, with much less russian, which was interesting. The beds were comfortable, and the musicians at the Velocity bar were incredibly professional, making it a real pleasure to listen to them.
The hotel appeared to be slightly understaffed, and as a result, the service wasn't top-notch. There were many russian guests who were rude and behaved poorly. The entertainment was boring and seemed unprofessional. The amphitheater seemed to cater more to children, with small, dirty, and uncomfortable chairs. Additionally, the hotel manager was slow to respond to messages on WhatsApp, which wasn't very helpful.
